How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery within Ireland is typically 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over €50.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Choose our Virginia or Cobh shop at checkout. Collection orders are usually ready within 2 hours during opening times. Wait for your ready-to-collect notification before travelling.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Keep the product, original packaging and supplied accessories together. See our returns policy for the process.

Do products include a warranty?

Every phone, tablet and laptop sold by Mobilogist, whether new or refurbished, includes a 12-month Mobilogist warranty. Read our warranty information.

What condition are refurbished devices in?

Every refurbished device is tested and factory reset. Refurbished phones have at least 85% battery health; phones listed in Excellent condition have at least 90%. Cosmetic appearance varies by the condition grade shown on the product page.

Are phones unlocked?

Yes. Every phone we sell is fully unlocked and ready to use with all compatible mobile networks.
