If your purchase is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
How to return an item
- Contact our team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Keep the item, its original packaging and all supplied accessories together.
- Return it by post as instructed by our team, or bring it to our Virginia or Cobh shop.
Returned items are inspected before a refund or exchange is processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised repair may not qualify for a return or warranty remedy. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
