Before you come in

  1. Bring photo ID. We ask for photo ID when buying any second-hand device — it's how we make sure we're not buying stolen phones, and it protects you as much as us. A driving licence, passport or Public Services Card is fine. We can't complete the sale without it.
  2. Sign out of iCloud or your Google account. A locked device can't be resold, so we can't buy it until it's off. If you're stuck, bring it in and we'll help you do it at the counter.
  3. Bring the charger too if you have it.
