About the JBL Soundgear Sense
Open-ear headphones that sit just outside your ear canal rather than inside it, so you hear your surroundings while you listen. Traffic, conversation, an announcement at the station — all still audible.
That makes them a genuinely safer choice for running or cycling on the road, and a practical one in an office where you need to hear someone talking to you. The air-conduction design also avoids the blocked-up feeling of in-ear buds on long listens.
Bluetooth 5.3, JBL Signature Sound, and a detachable neckband so you can wear them clipped together or separately.
Worth knowing: because they're open, they don't block outside noise, and other people can hear a little of what you're playing at high volume. If you want isolation on a plane or a busy commute, in-ear buds are the better fit — we're happy to talk through the difference in store.
Returns
30 days from delivery. Return them by post or bring them into either shop. This is in addition to your 12-month warranty.
