Please read this before buying

This is a Bluetooth tag, not a GPS tracker. The difference matters, so here it is plainly.

It does not have its own SIM card or satellite positioning. It tells you where your pet's collar was last seen near a phone — either yours, when you're within Bluetooth range of roughly 10 to 30 metres, or a stranger's phone passing close by if their device supports the finding network.

It will not track a dog running across open country. If your pet goes missing in fields, woodland or anywhere without people around, this tag cannot find them. For that you need a GPS collar with its own SIM, which is a different and more expensive product.

What it's genuinely good for

• Finding a cat asleep somewhere in the house or garden
• Confirming your pet is nearby rather than wandered off
• Ringing the tag to locate a pet hiding in the shed or under a bed
• Giving a finder something to scan if your pet turns up in a built-up area

Fits standard collars. Water-resistant for normal outdoor use, and the battery lasts months rather than days.

Returns

30 days from delivery. Return it by post or bring it into either shop. This is in addition to your 12-month warranty.
