About this watch

A smartwatch designed for younger children. It makes and receives calls from numbers you approve, and shows the watch's location in a parent app on your phone. Comfortable silicone strap and simple controls a child can manage on their own.

Needs its own SIM card. The watch uses a mobile connection for calls and location, so you'll need a separate SIM and a small monthly plan for it — it won't work on Wi-Fi alone. Any Irish network will do; we can point you at a cheap prepay option in store.

A note on location: mobile and GPS positioning is accurate to roughly a street rather than a doorstep, and it depends on signal. It's a useful reassurance, not a guarantee, and it works best alongside the usual conversations about where your child is going.

Returns

30 days from delivery. Return it by post or bring it into either shop. This is in addition to your 12-month warranty.
