Our condition grades

Excellent — Looks close to new. No marks visible at arm's length; faint micro-scratches may show under direct light. No dents or chips. Battery 90% or higher.

Very Good — Light signs of use. Small scratches on the frame or back, noticeable on close inspection but not in normal use. Screen free of deep marks. Battery 85% or higher.

Fair — Clearly used and priced accordingly. Visible scratches on the body, possibly small dents to the frame or light screen marks. Fully functional with no impact on performance. Battery 85% or higher.

Grading describes cosmetic condition only. Every phone works as it should.
